The Vision Session

Every engagement starts with a conversation. Before I set foot on a vessel, I want to understand where you are, where you want to be, and what's standing between the two. You leave with complete clarity on what needs to change and a roadmap for how we get there. Delivered remotely or in person whichever works for you.

The Immersive Engagement

This is the core of what I do. I come aboard and work alongside your crew training, coaching, and implementing in real time. We build the F&B program, map the guest journey, reset the service standards, and embed the kind of culture that holds under pressure. By the time I leave, the standard is set and the crew knows not just what to do, but why it matters.

Before each season, I come back. New crew get integrated, the programme gets refreshed, and we raise the bar from wherever we left it.
